E.g: If the store owner wants to apply the shipping cost $10 if the cart contains a particular product
You have to create a shipping method rule like a cart contains a product equal to ” happy ninja ” and gives shipping cost = $10.
E.g: If I want to set charges for specific category poster and for specific country ‘UK’)
You have to create a shipping method rule like a select cart contains a category’s product equal to the ” poster ” and select a country equal to the ” UK ” and gives shipping cost = $10, as per your requirement.
From Master Settings, you can set shipping methods display mode as per your requirements.
For that, We have created “Master Settings” options:
Allow customer to choose: Let’s customer choose one shipping method from available shipping methods
Apply Highest: Shipping method with the highest cost would be displayed from the available shipping methods
Apply smallest: Shipping method with the lowest cost would be displayed from the available shipping methods
Force all: All the shipping methods are forcefully invoked with shipping charge as summed up of all shipping methods

For that, you have to select location-based shipping method rule and you have to add specific county = USA, state = Alabama and Postcode = 35801.
You have to create a user-based shipping rule like a select user equal to ” John ” If this customer placed an order then charge lower shipping charge like $10 (because He is placed bulk order) as compare to number customer.
Yes, you can create different WooCommerce shipping zones as per your requirements (like countries/states/zip codes). As per your business requirement, you can create countries, state, zip-code based shipping zone and charge extra shipping costs by advance shipping rules.
You have to create a shipping method rule like a select cart subtotal amount ” < 99" and the shipping charge would be $49

You can identify certain popular shipping zones and apply affordable shipping rates or you can identify certain un-popular shipping zones and set cheaper shipping rates to attract more customers. Apply multiple shipping methods based on different custom zones.
You can create custom shipping zones based on:
- State and Counties

Product Shipping Rates = Optimal Product Profitability
This flat rate shipping WooCommerce plugin allows you to create a flat rate shipping method for specific products. This method will be displayed to the customer only when the customer cart contains that particular product. Even if there are other products in the cart, this method will still be displayed. Here is an example: Say you have configured a $10 shipping charge for ‘Happy Ninja’; when the cart contains the Happy Ninja product, this shipping method will be applied.
Shipping method based on category
Differentiate One Category from Another on the Basis of Shipping Rate If you do not want to apply the same shipping method for all categories, this plugin will help set WooCommerce conditional shipping rules based on category. Create a shipping method for products belonging to a specific category. E.g. you can levy a $10 shipping charge, that becomes visible when customers add products to the cart from ‘clothing’ category.
Set Custom Shipping Methods to Maximize Benefit from Tags
Advanced flat rate WooCommerce shipping method setup enables you to create shipping methods for products that have specific tags. E.g. you can create “tag-based shipping” for $10. This method can be made visible when the cart has any product with “Tag1” tag.
Better Inventory Control with SKU-Centric Shipping Method

User-Centric Shipping Features to Increase Customer Satisfaction
Advanced flat rate WooCommerce shipping plugin allows you to create shipping methods based on user-type. E.g., you can create a specific shipping method for a user named “John” levying a $18 charge. When John is logged in, this shipping method would be displayed for all orders placed by John.
Earn Brownie Points from Users – Configure User-Role Based WooCommerce Flat Rate Shipping Options
Configure WooCommerce flat rate shipping calculations based on a specific user role/group. This means the shipping method is only visible for the specific user role/group. E.g. By creating a shipping method for “Editor” role, the shipping method is visible to the ‘Editor’ when he/she logs in and places an order.
Not Cart Total, But Cart Subtotal – Go Granular with Applicable Shipping Methods
With this WooCommerce quantity-based shipping method, you can create multiple shipping methods for cart subtotal amount. There are multiple conditions you can apply (=, !=, <, <=, >, >=) for this parameter. E.g., if you have created a condition like ‘cart subtotal <= 200’, this shipping method becomes visible to the customer when the cart subtotal is <= 200
Cart Quantity Based Shipping – Optimize the Buying Experience
This shipping method allows you to create shipping method based on total cart product’s quantity. There are multiple conditions (like =, !=, <, <=, >, >=) available for this parameter. E.g., if you have created a shipping method like quantity >= 5, this shipping method is visible to the customer when the total cart product’s quantity is greater than 5.
Make Product Weight the Barometer to Define Shipping Rates
WooCommerce weight-based shipping method allows you to create shipping method based on total weight of the products in the cart. There are multiple conditions you can apply (=, !=, <, <=, >, >=) for this parameter. E.g., if you have created a shipping method like weight != 5, this shipping method is visible to the customer when total weight of the product in the cart is not equal to 5.
Take the pain away from assigning class-based shipping method
This option allows a user to add extra cost based on specific shipping classes. It provides all shipping classes, which are already used for the product. It displays the complete list of all shipping classes with a text box to add cost. The shipping class cost will be added to the shipping charge. Let’s say you set $49 as a shipping charge and “Poster Class” shipping cost is $10. Now, if a cart has a product that has poster class, the total shipping charge would be $59 (49 + 10).
