Their products are easy to use and just work. I've never had to use support or go to a forum or modify them in any way. During the pandemic, More than 100 products on a site were discontinued and had to be replaced along with the size charts that went with them. The way their plugin organizes them made that the least painful part of that process.

The plugin interface is very high end comparing to the other size charts plugin available to woocommerce. Customer support is professional and did a good job helping me position the size chart link properly on the product page.

It is a very straight forward plugin that it does what it promises with the minimal easy steps to configure it. The most important(imho) and best part about it is the amazing support. I told the guys about a modification needed to make the plugin more efficient from the purpose i needed it and responded with the fix in less than 2 hours!!! There are many good plugins out there but the after sales supports make the difference!
